My life as a photographer

I didn't know how much I love photography until a few years ago. I have learned and grown as I increased my skills. I am a very simple photographer. I tend to not like to fiddle around with stuff. I see something I want to take a photo of and I take it. If I had to do a bunch of adjusting in order to get the photo, I would lose the thought that was in my head when I saw the object. I am self taught.
I sell on line but more than that, I sell at various art and craft shows in California and Nevada. When people can pick up and see my photo as well as me, the photographer, they seem more apt to buy. However, Etsy is becoming a good place for me for those who can't see my photos in person.
I originally opened up my Etsy shop in 2015 but I wasn't happy with it at the time and closed it a few months after I opened it. I reopened my Etsy photography shop around June 2018. I am much happier with my shop now and also much happier with the photographs I am taking.
I have another Etsy shop that I have had since 2010. It is www.ajoyfulcreation.etsy.com I sell knit scarves, hats, headbands and miscellaneous knit items as well as sewn eyeglass cases. I do all the knitting and sewing myself.
